To be homo ecos, I live like this

I am collecting all the advertisements that are in my mail box, in order to throw them out in the special paper container. I use fabric bags; I try to avoid polyethylene bags. MAIJA

Living in Riga, I use bicycle as my way of transportation. To take care about my hair I use natural products – linseed oil, onions and nettle. EVIJA

I sleep ecologically – so I sleep on a inflated mattress, hence I do not breath my carbon dioxide in nature, but in my bed, and I do not use electricity, because I inflate it myself, without the air pump. SABĪNE

I live in a house, in the middle of the woods, I eat only home grown food. I do not use computer and feed wild animals. LAURA

I, before leaving home, switch off all the electrical devices :) KETIJA

I read book only during the day, not to turn on the electricity in the evening, thereby saving energy resources. DITA

When my friends are visiting or we have some kind of event, we eat from paper dishes and with wooden forks and drink form paper cups! MĀRCIS

I do not use gift wrapping, but I wrap the gifts in newspaper and shopping bags. MARTA

I do not put two bananas in the plastic bag, but I carry them in my hand! :) LĪGA

I try to use everything repeatedly! :) And I have a daughter!

Did you know that a charger left in the socket consumes the same amount electricity as a TV switched off in the „Stand by” regime? ARTŪRS

On Christmas I never buy a Christmas tree, and I try to convince my close ones to do the same. EVIJA

I do not clean myself with chemical supplies in the sea. Do not throw garbage in the nature. I, if there is a possibility, choose ecological and Latvian products. I take care about the nature. Jee! :) VITA

I love my country, use „bioplastics” bags and use/make compost :) PAULIŅA I am not a pig! :D

I always clink Cūkmens text! Not only to my brother! :P LINDA

I do not use chemical supplements, that destroy water treatment plant and microorganisms. IVARS

I try not to use plastic bags :)

I love LV very much!

I do not leave garbage behind me outdoors. JOLA

I buy only quality footwear (second-hand), not to throw the paper goods out every week. MAIJA

I collect the empty plastic bottles from my colleagues and I take them to the place, where the garbage is separated and recycled. SIGNE
