Closing Event

Two degrees less or more – what does that really mean for the average temperature in our atmosphere? If a person’s body temperature rises a couple of degrees, that means that he or she is ill. Is our planet ill and standing on its last legs? Or is the situation not that bad?

Latvian stand-up comedian Jānis Skutelis will speak about climate change, its causes and consequences, global solutions and and individual responsibility. He will interview people whose views on climate change can help us understand what is happening and, hopefully, how we can adopt climate-friendly solutions in the future.

Where? Kino K-Suns
When? Tuesday 19 April 2016
Time: from 17.00 to 20.00

The number of spaces is limited, so if you are planning to attend this event, please sign up here: Registration.

The event will be in Latvian.

This is the final event for the project “Climate Change in Latvia – challenge or opportunity?”. The project is co-funded by EEA Grants
